Head of Analytical Group

The Digital Government Project Management Center invites candidates who consider themselves worthy for the position of head of the analytical group.

Responsibilities:

• Development of data analysis strategy and implementation of modern data analysis methods;
• Management activities of the Data Analysis Group;
• Cooperation coordination with government agencies, obtaining and analyzing data from information systems of government agencies through integration;
• Analysis of data from government information systems, preparation of analytical data, forecasts and recommendations in order to achieve targets defined in the "Uzbekistan 2030" strategy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in analysis and project management;
• Skills of working with modern data analysis technologies;
• Deep knowledge of data analysis methods, formation of strategic directions based on analytical data;
• Knowledge of data analysis methods from information systems of government agencies through integration;
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide analytical data;
• High communication and leadership skills, management of the analysts team, in particular, hiring, training and development of employees;
• Ability to think analytically, find innovative solutions, and propose non-standard approaches to data analysis.
