Today, on July 17, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Anvar Mansurov, Director of the Center for Digital Government Project Management, and Olimjon Jumayev, Director of the Center for Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research.
The main goal is to develop competition policy in the context of digitalization, protect consumer rights, and introduce advanced digital technologies in public administration. This cooperation also aims to study digital markets and improve the regulatory and legal framework.
Key areas of cooperation include enhancing processes using digital platforms and advanced technologies (such as Big Data, AI), automating requests, and raising awareness through digital solutions. It is also planned to conduct joint research to analyze the impact of digital transformation in relevant sectors, as well as organize knowledge and experience exchange.
This collaboration significantly contributes to improving the quality of digital services in Uzbekistan, strengthening a fair competitive environment, and protecting consumer interests.
