Let's say a guest came to Uzbekistan from abroad. First, he will need to apply to the Department of Migration and Citizenship or Public Services Centers and obtain a personal identification number and, if necessary, an electronic digital signature.

• Registration of an electronic queue to the Department of Migration and Citizenship Registration (passport office);

Migrants with EDS (E-Digital Signature) can obtain the right to use services intended for legal entities who are citizens of Uzbekistan.

Also, they can choose any mobile communication company. It is enough to present two documents at registration:
