The delegation of the electronic government of Uzbekistan was on a business visit to Azerbaijan

The delegation headed by Aziz Mukhitdinov, director of the e-Government Project Management Center of Uzbekistan, visited the centers of the Asan and DOST Service in Baku.

As part of the trip, on December 15, an international conference was held on the theme "The path to modern management: from a single window to a windowless service." It included an exchange of information on the implemented and planned work of the UK, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Morocco, the Maldives, Georgia, and African countries in the field of public services. The conference was also attended by heads and employees of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Innovative Development and the state institution "Electronic Government Project Management Center" of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the event, the results of the 10-year activity of the ASAN Service Center (“ASAN xidmet”), established by the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were presented to the guests.

It was also emphasized that the concept of "DOST" creates the conditions for a completely transparent, prompt provision of public social services in the country on the principle of "single window".

During the visit, the delegation of Uzbekistan was shown a presentation about the DOST agency. It discussed the introduction of new technologies in the concept of "DOST", the electronization of services, the program "Voluntary DOST", the prospects for the development of the agency.

In turn, the guests made a presentation on the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services of Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, prospects for cooperation between the Centers were discussed and an exchange of views took place on issues of mutual interest.
