Training Seminars and Workshops Held in Samarkand Region as Part of the "We Are Coming to You" Project
On August 21-22 of this year, training seminars were organized for the public on the topic of using electronic government services through the portal my.gov.uz at the "Inson" social service centers in the Jambay, Akdarya, and Bulungur districts of Samarkand region, as well as at the khokimiyat of the Payarik district.
During these seminars, industry specialists introduced participants to the electronic services available on the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal, explained the procedures for using these services, and provided information on discounts for paid government services.
Additionally, practical demonstrations were given on how to obtain electronic government services through the Unified Portal and how to receive the results.
The experience of using the MyGov mobile application was also presented, and suggestions were made for improving the delivery of electronic services in the field of social protection.
