Team-building activities not only improve communication among employees but also teach them to act collaboratively and solve complex problems in unconventional situations. One such team event was held yesterday, December 16, at the Digital Government Project Management Center.
The evening’s event took the form of the "Zakovat" intellectual quiz, serving as a true test of logic and teamwork. Teams competed by solving challenging problems, finding creative solutions, and delivering performances filled with humor and enthusiasm. The specially designed questions pushed participants to think quickly and critically, simulating the decision-making processes of a real digital government.
However, as the participants themselves admitted, the real victory didn’t go to the team with the most points but to the one that functioned as a cohesive and highly efficient unit. All participants walked away not only with new knowledge but also with a burst of energy for their future tasks, as collective spirit and intellect are key to enhancing workplace efficiency.
